Data we process
The data you provide through the contact form or by email: name, company, email, phone (optional), role, interest, organisation size and the content of your message.
Purpose
To handle your enquiry, demo request, assessment or quote, and to carry out the related commercial follow-up. We will not use your data to send newsletters or unsolicited bulk marketing communications.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the request (art. 6.1.a GDPR), pre-contractual steps taken at your request and legitimate interest in the B2B professional relationship (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and its commercial follow-up, or until you request erasure. Afterwards it will be kept blocked only for the applicable statutory periods.
Processors
Data is recorded in Holded (Holded Technologies, S.L.), acting as processor for contact and CRM management, with infrastructure in the European Economic Area. We also rely on web hosting, cloud infrastructure and content delivery network (CDN) providers that process technical connection data (such as IP address) solely to operate and secure the site and to produce aggregated, anonymous usage statistics, under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. We do not disclose data to third parties unless legally required.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing contact@ecosparklabs.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
