The agreement, clear from the start
The platform belongs to EcoSpark Labs; your data, configuration and documents are always yours. When your process fits the co-development model — because it could also serve other companies — we fund part or all of the build in exchange for offering those generic components elsewhere, never your data or your business rules; when it doesn't fit, we agree on a different model upfront. Either way, we only share your story if you approve it.
